• Grew up on stolen Ho-Chunk land (Milwaukee,WI) and currently calls the stolen land from the Northern Paiute, the Wasco, and Warm Springs communities (Bend,OR) home!

Charlie launched Everywhere Is Queer January 2022 the with goal of highlighting and uplifting the voices of queer owned businesses all over the world. You can view their worldwide map through the link in their bio of their Instagram account - @everywhereisqueer

Growing up in the Midwest was a hard space for Charlie to come to terms with his sexuality as a kid. Charlie hopes that Everywhere Is Queer and the Out Loud Beer Project will provide a community resource for queer people and allies to support queer owned businesses locally or as folks travel. Launching a campaign like The Out Loud Beer Project with Goldspot Brewing is a dream of Charlie's. To see allies and queer folks supporting other orgs doing amazing things = community.

Community is so important, and Charlie is grateful to have you a part of their community. Thank you in advance for your support of the Out Loud Project!

  • Grew up in small town Trenton, Ohio, but moved out to Denver 9 years ago to get into craft beer.

She attended Regis Universities Craft Brewers program and started at TRVE brewing she moved on to Goldspot Brewing and worked her way up from assistant brewer to head brewer then part owner and took over full ownership in 2021. Under full ownership, Goldspot has worked to create a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, but especially for the queer community.

Goldspot has always felt that activism and charity efforts were an important part of the community that we have strived to build, and felt launching Out Loud with Everywhere is Queer was a perfect way to take this energy to a national level.

We hope this project can help to bring more queer people into the brewing industry on all levels while making awesome beer that raises money for the excellent efforts of Everywhere is queer as well as small queer organizations who need our help more than ever.
